Founded in 2010 as a Turkish-German partnership, Rokeron has evolved into a trusted manufacturer of roll-formed and welded components for the automotive and commercial vehicle industries. By the end of 2024, the company became fully owned by its Turkish partners, marking a new phase of growth and investment in advanced production technologies.

2010

The official establishment of Rokeron.

2012

Launch of the factory in Dilovası Organised Industrial Zone. The first roll forming line was installed and commissioned at Rokeron facilities.

2013

Establishment of the second roll forming line of Rokeron.

Upon commissioning of Arc welding and spot-welding stations, installation and commissioning of the first product-specific automatic assembly line.

Rokeron’s acquisition of ISO TS16949 and ISO 14001 quality certificates after determining its production to fully comply with quality standards.

2014

Start of mass production of parts for the Ford KCAP plant.

2015

Rokeron’s acquisition of the Ford Q1 certification and becoming one of the few international manufacturers in this field.

2018

Continuously improving its quality standards, Rokeron’s acquisition of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 quality certificates.

2019

Establishment of the Rokeron R&D centre.

Rokeron proved its world-class quality level once again with the ISO 14001:2015 certificate.
2021

Launch of the production of battery bearings for Ford Transit BEV vehicles.

2022

Rokeron’s moved to its new facility having a total area of 13,300 square metres and a high production capacity in line with its business development targets.

2025

The company’s shareholding structure changed after the Turkish partners acquired all the shares, and the company’s trade name was updated to Rokeron Otomotiv A.Ş.
